Jess Oatway’s yoga journey was born out of work related stress and back pain. She was working in a demanding job and noticed that her back would begin to hurt after sitting at her desk for extended periods of time. She found a Vinyasa yoga class near to her work and was instantly hooked.

Upon quickly realising the benefits of yoga, Jess decided to learn more about the practice and make it a part of her everyday life. She is now a yoga instructor and completed her YTT under the tutelage of Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy at Yoga Dublin.

You can expect to be pushed in Jess’s class while still achieving a sense of calm and having a bit of a laugh along the way.
