Martina began practicing yoga in 2006 when she returned to Dublin after years of living abroad. She completed a Yoga Teacher Training course with YTTC Dublin in 2011 and since then has been instructing a flowing style of Hatha yoga classes to all levels of students.

Martina’s classes are designed to help students increase their flexibility and improve their balance while creating space and stability in the body and the mind. With an emphasis on merging breath with the body’s movement, these classes are suitable for students of all levels, helping them improve their mobility and discover their bodies.
