What corporate gyms cost, how leasing works through Evergreen, and what we need to plan your space.
How much does a corporate gym cost?
Costs depend on room size, equipment specification, installation requirements, management needs and whether the client chooses purchase or lease. Titan Wellness can provide a consultation and proposal based on the available space and employee numbers.
Can we lease the gym instead of buying the equipment?
Yes. Titan Wellness offers the Evergreen Corporate Gym Package, allowing companies to install or upgrade a fitness facility through a structured monthly package rather than large upfront capital expenditure.
What is included in the Evergreen package?
The package can include consultation, design, 3D render, equipment supply, installation, maintenance, servicing, replacement support and optional facility management. See the full Evergreen Gym Package for details.
Do you provide 3D renders?
Yes. Titan Wellness can provide 3D renders to help clients visualise the proposed fitness facility before final approval.
What room dimensions do you need?
We usually require room length, width, ceiling height, access points, flooring details, power availability, ventilation information, photos and any building restrictions. Floor plans are helpful where available.

Do you manage health and safety?
Yes. Titan Wellness is ISO 45001 certified and supports clients with risk assessments, inductions, waivers, safety information, SOPs, equipment checks and incident reporting.
Do you provide gym staff?
Yes. Titan Wellness can provide qualified instructors and fitness professionals to manage the facility, deliver inductions, run classes and support employee engagement.
Can you manage an existing corporate gym?
Yes. Titan Wellness can take over management of an existing facility, review current procedures, improve programming, support health and safety and provide qualified staff.
