Challenge: A global bank wanted an annual wellbeing week to connect, educate and engage its people.
Solution: A five-day programme delivered end to end by Titan Wellness: online breathwork, a resilience keynote and comedian, desktop massage, journalling, desk yoga, a nutrition talk and an offsite hike in the Wicklow Mountains.

Outcome: Around 600 employees engaged across the week, and the programme has run every September since 2023.
