Titan Wellness was founded by Niall Ronan, a former professional rugby player driven by a passion for high performance, communication, education, exercise and nutrition, and Paul McManus, a former elite-unit officer with An Garda Síochána. Together they built Titan Wellness to design, install, manage and operate on-site corporate gyms and workplace wellbeing programmes as a single, accountable service — from the first site visit and 3D render through installation, induction, staffing and daily operation, for the life of the facility.
