Titan Wellness Ltd ("Titan Wellness", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits this website or engages with us about our corporate fitness and workplace wellbeing services. Who we are — the data controller

What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Enquiry and consultation form data — name, company, job role, work email address, phone number, location, approximate employee numbers, project details and any message you send us.
- Planning-assistant chat messages — the questions and information you submit through our online planning assistant when exploring a corporate fitness or wellbeing project.
- Basic technical and analytics data — such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically to help us understand how the site is used.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide proposals, quotations or services — on the basis of our legitimate interests in developing business relationships, and/or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
- To send you a checklist, guide or other resource you have specifically requested — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To understand and improve how our website is used — on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including providers who deliver enquiry form submissions to our team, and the AI assistant provider that processes planning-assistant chat messages in order to generate helpful replies. These providers are only permitted to use your data to provide the relevant service to us.
International transfers
Some of the service providers referred to above may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data to the standard required under GDPR.
How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver our services, and satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting obligations arising from our relationship with you. Data relating to enquiries that do not proceed is deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period of inactivity.

A note on our planning assistant
Please do not use the planning assistant to submit sensitive personal data (such as health information about named individuals, financial account details, or other special category data). The assistant is intended to help you scope a corporate fitness or wellbeing project, not to collect sensitive personal information.
