Titan Wellness Evergreen, three-year term

The client, a global technology company in South Dublin with over 1,000 employees, had no gym on site. They wanted a dedicated cardio studio for staff, and identified a studio-sized room within their facility that could be converted into a cardio fitness zone.

Titan Wellness designed and installed a cardio fitness zone within the identified studio room, completing the project in six weeks from design to install in 2024. The fit-out included two Concept2 stations (a SkiErg and a BikeErg), a Concept2 rower, and state-of-the-art treadmills.

Rather than purchasing equipment outright, the client chose to have the project delivered through the Titan Wellness Evergreen model on a three-year term. This reduced the client's upfront capital spend and fits with the way the client's facilities management company operates. The Evergreen package covers design, commercial-grade equipment, installation, servicing and replacement on a single monthly package.

Titan Wellness manages waivers and inductions through an automated online portal, along with servicing, warranty and breakage cover. Health and safety statements are also provided, as with every Titan gym.

The cardio fitness zone is now used by 300 people each month. The client has a professional gym with predictable operating cost and lifecycle upgrades built in as part of the Evergreen package.
