The starting point
The existing on-site gym was outdated and no longer reflected a modern corporate facility. Just as importantly, the health and safety measures that a corporate gym needs were not in place: there was no waiver for employees using the space, no induction process, and no health and safety statements covering the facility.
What we did
Titan Wellness designed a modern, functional gym tailored to the needs of the employees who use it. The finished space is spacious, bright and well lit, with the client's branding and motivational wording applied to the walls. Delivery, from initial design through to installation, took six weeks.
Alongside the physical re-fit, Titan Wellness put the health and safety measures the facility had been missing into place.
How we set up every gym
As with every Titan Wellness gym, this facility was set up with an online induction, a waiver, health and safety statements, warranties, and cover for any breakages.
What the client gets afterwards
The result is a modern, safe, well-used facility. Titan Wellness provides the client with monthly usage reporting and employee engagement surveys.
