The challenge
This global veterinary pharmaceutical company has a workforce of over 10,000 employees spread across Asia, the Americas, Ireland and Europe. A global employee population across several regions needed a reliable, consistent wellbeing education programme that could be delivered online to everyone, wherever they were based.
The solution
Titan Wellness coordinated and ran the Be Well series, a programme of live online wellbeing webinars for employees in every region. The series was scheduled out per quarter well in advance, with fixed dates that stayed in employees' calendars and were not changed. Titan worked closely with a single point of contact at the client throughout.
How each webinar worked
Each talk had an intro video and a short overview of the topic beforehand, ran live on Zoom, and was followed by homework or extra information on the topic. Every webinar was recorded and hosted on the client's internal platform, so employees could catch up in their own time.
Delivery so far
14 webinars have been delivered since January 2026, with around four to five events per quarter. Topics are planned by quarter:
- Q1
- Relationships, communication and imposter syndrome.
- Q2
- Mental health, positive lifestyle routines, making change and building a stronger mindset.
- Q3
- LGBTQ and women's health.
- Q4 (scheduled)
- Mental health including controlling stress and anxiety, men's health, and a neurodiversity speaker in December.
Engagement and feedback
Before each webinar began, a Slido engagement survey asked employees how they felt at that moment in the topic areas, what they would like to learn about in future, and for feedback on each speaker. Participation averaged over 150 per webinar.
Reporting
A quarterly report on the Be Well series gave the client employee feedback across the different topic areas, along with feedback on the speakers.
Outcome
The result is a consistent, fixed-date programme that employees across every region could plan around, an average of over 150 participants per webinar, and quarterly feedback reporting for the client.
