Setting up an onsite corporate gym can sound like a big undertaking, but with one accountable partner handling design, install, compliance and day-to-day running, it's a defined process from first site visit to daily operation. Titan Wellness runs it as six steps, end to end.
Step 1 — Consult
We start with an on-site (or remote) assessment of your space, headcount and goals. This shapes the right approach before anything is designed — the layout, equipment mix and facility management options all follow from what we learn here.
Step 2 — Design & 3D Render
Space planning and equipment specification are translated into a photoreal 3D render and equipment layout, so every stakeholder can see and sign off on the finished facility before a single item is installed. This stage also covers finishes, branding and flooring options, so the room reflects your workplace rather than a generic gym fit-out.
Step 3 — Equipment Supply & Installation
Once the design is signed off, we deliver a full turnkey fit-out — flooring, mirrors, rigs, cardio and strength equipment — all supplied and installed. Layout matters as much as equipment choice here, particularly in smaller rooms, where wall-mounted storage and rig attachments can free up significant floor space.

Step 4 — Induction, Waivers & Access
Before the doors open, we run staff inductions, put digital waivers in place and set up access, so the facility is ready for safe day-one use. Health and safety compliance is built into this stage against the ISO 45001 framework, so the facility is run to a recognised occupational health and safety standard from day one, not retrofitted to one later.
Step 5 — Handover & Ongoing Support
We formally hand the facility over, backed by ongoing maintenance, servicing and support, so the gym keeps running properly long after launch day rather than quietly degrading once the fit-out team has left site.
Step 6 — Fitness Classes, Instructors, Reporting & Support
From here, you can add optional instructor-led classes, along with ongoing reporting and support, so usage and impact can be tracked over time rather than assumed.
What it costs
Under our Evergreen lease model, there's no major upfront capital spend. Cost depends on room size, equipment specification, installation and whether facility management is added on top — which is why we don't quote a headline figure without seeing the space first. Get in touch and we'll put together an indicative estimate based on your building and headcount.
If you're considering an onsite gym for your workplace, the best next step is a conversation. Book a consultation with our team and we'll walk you through what steps one and two would look like for your space.
